Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Please contact/ WhatsApp us on our registered mobile numbers

  2. Let us know the item you’d like to exchange and what you’d like in return (different size, color, or product).

  3. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your item and next steps.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Conditions

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

  • Items returned for exchange must pass inspection before a new item is sent.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • We’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you (for domestic exchanges).

Processing Time

Once your exchange item is received and approved, we’ll ship the new item within 3 business days.
